Client Service Advisor
We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented Client Service Advisor to deliver outstanding support to our clients and ensure a seamless customer experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for clients via phone, email, or chat
- Provide prompt, professional responses to client inquiries and service requests
- Assist with onboarding new clients and guiding them through products and services
- Resolve issues effectively and escalate complex cases when necessary
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in CRM systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction
- Monitor and follow up on service performance and feedback
- Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience or improve internal processes
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in client service, customer support, or a similar role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience working with CRM systems or customer databases
- Detail-oriented and solution-focused mindset
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Swedish or another language is a plus
