Community Support Specialist
Weโre seeking a dedicated and empathetic Community Support Specialist to join our team and ensure an exceptional experience for our users. This role involves direct engagement with community members, resolving their inquiries, and acting as a key voice between users and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and professional support to community members via email, chat, and social media
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues while maintaining a high standard of service
- Identify trends in user feedback and collaborate with product and operations teams to improve the user experience
- Create and maintain support documentation and FAQs
- Monitor community platforms, encourage engagement, and ensure guidelines are followed
- Support community-focused events and initiatives, both online and offline
- Escalate complex issues appropriately and follow up to ensure resolution
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer support, community management, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Swedish is a plus
- Empathetic, patient, and proactive problem-solver
- Tech-savvy with experience using help desk software and CRM tools
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
