Client Account Executive
We are looking for a driven and client-focused Client Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions that create long-term value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts
- Develop a deep understanding of each clientโs business, challenges, and goals
- Build strong, lasting relationships by providing exceptional service and strategic support
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services that align with client needs
- Coordinate internally with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Monitor account performance, generate reports, and analyze client satisfaction metrics
- Manage contract renewals, negotiations, and client onboarding processes
- Resolve client issues promptly and effectively to maintain high satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in account management, client services, or sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships in a fast-paced environment
- Strategic thinking and a problem-solving attitude
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English; Swedish language skills are an advantage
