Client Business Controller
We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially minded Client Business Controller to join our finance team. This role plays a key part in supporting client account teams with financial insights, performance tracking, and strategic planning to ensure profitable and sustainable business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a financial partner to client service teams, providing proactive financial analysis and decision support
- Monitor, track, and report on project profitability, revenue forecasting, and budget adherence
- Prepare client-specific financial reports, dashboards, and business reviews
- Support client negotiations with pricing models, margin analysis, and commercial terms
- Analyze trends, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend financial improvements
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing activities, including accruals and reconciliations
- Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, operations, and finance to streamline reporting
- Maintain compliance with internal financial policies and external audit requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 yearsโ experience in financial control, business analysis, or client accounting
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
- Solid understanding of project-based financial models and KPIs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Proficiency in Excel, financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and BI tools
- Fluent in English; Swedish language skills are a plus
