Communications Coordinator
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to support the development and execution of internal and external communication strategies. This role involves working closely with multiple departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and implementing communication campaigns
- Draft and edit content for newsletters, press releases, social media, and internal communications
- Coordinate communication efforts across departments and teams
- Support the creation of visual and written materials aligned with brand guidelines
- Monitor media coverage and industry trends to inform messaging
- Maintain communication calendars and ensure deadlines are met
- Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and partners when needed
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies
Qualifications:
- Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in corporate communications or content creation
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital communication tools
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Swedish is an advantage
