Client Controller
We are looking for a structured and business-oriented Client Controller to strengthen our finance and client service operations. In this role, you will serve as a financial advisor to client-facing teams, ensuring profitability, accuracy, and transparency in all financial processes related to client projects and accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support client account teams with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Monitor project and client profitability, providing variance analysis and actionable insights
- Prepare regular financial reports and client performance reviews
- Assist in pricing strategies and support contract negotiations with financial analysis
- Oversee revenue recognition, billing, and financial compliance for client engagements
- Coordinate month-end close activities and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Act as a liaison between finance and client teams to ensure clear communication and shared goals
- Continuously improve financial processes and reporting tools
Qualifications:
- Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- At least 2โ4 years of experience in controlling, client finance, or project accounting
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with a commercial mindset
- Experience working with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP tools)
- Proficient in Excel and data visualization tools
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present financial information clearly
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Swedish is an advantage
