Business Development Executive
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing clients. This role involves market research, strategic planning, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet growth objectives and expand market presence.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and market intelligence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, and forecasts using CRM tools.
- Work with product and service teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management.
- Strong networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and market dynamics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Fluency in English; Swedish language skills are an advantage.
