Program Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Program Analyst to support the planning, monitoring, and evaluation of programs and initiatives. This role involves working closely with program managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to analyze data, assess performance, and provide insights that drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret program data to evaluate performance against goals and KPIs.
  • Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
  • Support program planning by providing data-driven insights and forecasts.
  • Monitor progress of ongoing programs, identifying risks, issues, and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and emerging opportunities relevant to the program.
  • Collaborate with program managers and teams to develop and refine performance measurement tools.
  • Assist in budget analysis, financial tracking, and resource allocation for programs.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate the collection of qualitative and quantitative feedback from program participants and partners.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in program analysis, project analysis, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and visualization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in English; Swedish language skills are an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in monitoring and evaluation of large-scale or international programs.
  • Familiarity with program management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial analysis in a program context.
