Account Manager
We are seeking a results-driven and client-focused Account Manager to join our dynamic sales and client relations team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and solutions that align with client goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage long-term relationships with assigned client accounts
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, inquiries, and support
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, product, and customer support to deliver client satisfaction
- Monitor client account performance and proactively address issues or opportunities
- Prepare and deliver regular reports, presentations, and strategic updates to clients
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services or products
- Support the contract negotiation and renewal processes
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and report on key metrics
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management, client success, or sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build trust and influence decision-makers at various organizational levels
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Business-level proficiency in English; Swedish is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a B2B environment or within the technology, professional services, or manufacturing sectors
- Background in consultative sales or strategic account management
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
