Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide high-quality support and assistance to individuals in need of daily care. This role is essential in ensuring the comfort, dignity, and well-being of clients, helping them maintain a safe and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Support mobility and help with walking, transfers, and exercises
  • Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and preferences
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life
  • Assist with medication reminders and monitor health conditions
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment
  • Communicate regularly with family members and healthcare professionals
  • Document care activities and report any concerns or changes in condition

Qualifications:

  • Experience in caregiving, nursing assistance, or related field preferred
  • Empathetic, patient, and reliable with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle physical demands of caregiving, including lifting and assisting mobility
  • Basic knowledge of hygiene, nutrition, and elderly care best practices
  • Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Swedish is a plus
  • Relevant certification or training is a merit
