Online Community Manager
We are looking for a creative and strategic Online Community Manager to build, engage, and nurture our digital community across various platforms. This role involves driving meaningful conversations, increasing brand loyalty, and ensuring a positive online experience for our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute community engagement strategies to grow and sustain an active user base
- Moderate and manage interactions on forums, social media, and other digital channels
- Create compelling content and conversation starters that align with brand voice and values
- Monitor community sentiment and feedback, reporting insights to internal teams
- Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging
- Organize virtual events, Q&As, or campaigns to strengthen community participation
- Respond to questions and concerns promptly, maintaining a friendly and professional tone
- Identify and empower brand advocates, influencers, and ambassadors within the community
- Track performance metrics and provide regular reports on community health and engagement
Qualifications:
- Degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience managing online communities or social media for a brand or organization
- Excellent communication skills and an empathetic, customer-first mindset
- Proficiency with social media platforms, community tools, and analytics software
- Ability to manage multiple channels and projects simultaneously
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with content creation, basic graphic design, or video editing is a plus
- Fluency in English; additional language skills, including Swedish, are a plus
