Tour Guide

We are seeking an engaging and knowledgeable Tour Guide to deliver memorable and informative experiences to visitors. As the face of our travel services, you will lead tours, share stories, and ensure each guest enjoys a smooth, safe, and enriching journey.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct guided tours in cities, cultural landmarks, museums, and nature sites
  • Share accurate, engaging, and well-researched information about locations, history, and culture
  • Manage tour logistics including timing, group coordination, and customer needs
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and adapting tours as needed
  • Ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of all participants
  • Coordinate with drivers, local partners, and service providers to maintain schedules
  • Collect feedback to improve tour quality and customer experience

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a tour guide or in customer-facing roles in tourism
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Deep knowledge of local culture, geography, and history
  • Ability to engage diverse audiences with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Valid tour guide certification or license (if applicable)
