Teaching English

We are seeking a qualified and passionate English teacher to deliver high-quality language instruction to adult learners in a professional setting. The ideal candidate has experience in teaching English as a second or foreign language and is confident in tailoring lessons to suit learners from diverse backgrounds and levels.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging and interactive English lessons to professionals at various proficiency levels
  • Design curriculum and materials to support communication skills in business and everyday contexts
  • Conduct needs assessments and adjust teaching approaches based on learner goals and progress
  • Facilitate group discussions, role plays, and other immersive activities
  • Provide constructive feedback and regular progress evaluations
  • Support learners in developing speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
  • Collaborate with other instructors and program coordinators to ensure consistency and quality

Requirements

  • Degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field
  • Recognized TEFL/TESOL/ESL certification
  • Previous experience teaching English to adults, preferably in a corporate or multicultural environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness
  • Excellent command of English; knowledge of Swedish is a plus
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to online, hybrid, or in-person formats
