Conference Assistant
We are looking for an organized and service-minded Conference Assistant to support the planning and execution of high-quality events. You will play a key role in ensuring that meetings, conferences, and seminars run smoothly and professionally from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination and setup of conference rooms, including seating arrangements, technical equipment, and materials
- Welcome and register participants, speakers, and guests
- Provide on-site support during events, handling logistics and solving issues quickly
- Liaise with catering, facilities, and technical staff to ensure all services run as planned
- Support in maintaining event schedules, signage, and communications
- Handle post-event follow-up including collecting feedback and preparing reports
- Maintain inventory of supplies and ensure readiness for upcoming events
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, or administrative roles
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Comfortable working with event and office software tools
- Service-oriented mindset and a professional attitude
- Fluency in English is required; Swedish is a plus
