Performance Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize data-driven marketing campaigns across digital channels. This role plays a key part in driving customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth through performance-focused strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage paid marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms
- Optimize campaigns for performance KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions
- Conduct A/B testing and implement data-driven improvements to campaigns
- Analyze campaign performance and create actionable reports using tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, and Excel
- Collaborate closely with creative, content, and web teams to ensure alignment between messaging and targeting
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine strategies
- Manage budgets effectively and ensure cost-efficient delivery of results
Requirements
- Proven experience in performance marketing or paid media roles
- Proficiency with advertising platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with web analytics tools
- Solid understanding of digital marketing funnels, attribution models, and customer journeys
- Experience with campaign automation, remarketing, and audience segmentation
- Bachelorโs degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
