Social Media Manager
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead and execute our social media presence across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for driving engagement, growing our online community, and enhancing brand awareness through innovative and data-driven campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand and business goals
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all major social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok)
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools
- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, design, and communications to ensure brand consistency
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and optimize performance
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to build community and manage reputation
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience managing professional social media accounts for brands or organizations
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, audience behavior, and content trends
- Proficiency in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite)
- Excellent written and visual communication skills
- Ability to interpret data and generate insights to improve content and engagement
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics
