PR Coordinator
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized PR Coordinator to support the development and execution of public relations strategies that enhance brand image, strengthen media relationships, and drive positive coverage. This role involves working closely with the marketing, communications, and events teams to deliver impactful PR initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of PR campaigns and events.
- Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
- Maintain and update media contact lists, ensuring strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports on PR activities and results.
- Coordinate interviews, press conferences, and media visits.
- Support the organization of promotional events, trade shows, and community outreach activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
- Assist in managing social media presence related to PR initiatives.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and potential PR opportunities.
- Handle administrative tasks related to PR projects, including budget tracking and scheduling.
Requirements
- Previous experience in public relations, communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with media contacts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with PR management tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Creativity and an understanding of brand storytelling.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English; Swedish language skills are an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in coordinating PR activities for international or large-scale organizations.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, content creation, and influencer outreach.
- Familiarity with event planning and management.
