Marketing Strategist

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels
- Conduct market research, analyze trends, and evaluate competitor activity to inform campaign direction
- Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to align messaging and execution
- Define brand positioning and ensure consistency across all communications
- Measure marketing performance through KPIs and provide actionable insights for optimization
- Identify new market opportunities and innovative tactics to increase reach and engagement
- Manage marketing calendars, campaign lifecycles, and cross-functional coordination
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in strategic marketing, brand development, or campaign planning
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, CRM, or marketing automation platforms
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives from concept to execution
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Swedish is a plus
