Outreach and Engagement Officer โ Kontakt- och engagemangsansvarig
We are seeking a passionate and proactive Outreach and Engagement Officer to lead initiatives that build strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and communities. You will play a central role in developing and executing strategies that enhance visibility, trust, and participation across our programs and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement outreach strategies that drive engagement and raise awareness
- Build and maintain partnerships with external organizations, community groups, and key stakeholders
- Coordinate events, workshops, and public forums to foster participation and dialogue
- Develop compelling outreach materials and communication content tailored to diverse audiences
- Represent the organization at events, meetings, and community engagements
- Monitor and evaluate engagement efforts to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach initiatives with broader strategic goals
- Maintain accurate records of contacts, partnerships, and engagement activities
Qualifications:
- Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Social Sciences, or a related field
- Proven experience in outreach, stakeholder engagement, or community relations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of engagement tools, CRM systems, or event coordination platforms is a plus
- Proficiency in English; Swedish language skills are highly desirable
