Account Operations Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Operations Specialist to support the management, coordination, and optimization of client accounts. This role involves ensuring smooth operational processes, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day account operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company standards.
  • Process account-related transactions, updates, and adjustments in line with established procedures.
  • Monitor account performance, identify trends, and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, customer service, and operations teams to resolve account-related issues.
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date account documentation and records.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth setup and transition.
  • Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational risks.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for account optimization.
  • Handle client inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, operations, or a related administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Fluency in English; Swedish language skills are an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in working with international clients and cross-cultural teams.
  • Familiarity with financial processes such as invoicing, reconciliations, or reporting.
  • Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
