Sales Executive
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to join a high-performing team focused on expanding market presence, driving revenue growth, and building lasting client relationships. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within target markets
- Build, manage, and nurture long-term client relationships through consistent engagement and outstanding service
- Execute the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and customer success to deliver value to clients
- Understand customer business objectives and align company solutions to meet their needs
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline forecasts, and customer information in CRM systems
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking sessions to represent the brand and expand professional networks
Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably within a tech, services, or international environment
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to exceed targets
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Swedish or other Nordic languages is a plus
- Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a multinational or matrix organization
- Knowledge of sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, Challenger, or Solution Selling
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used in modern sales processes
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
