Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, enhance customer experience, and drive sales performance. You will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure smooth store operations, lead the team, and uphold company standards.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and sales monitoring.
  • Assist in leading, motivating, and coaching team members to achieve performance goals and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Monitor store performance metrics and contribute to action plans for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.
  • Manage stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks, and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
  • Participate in recruitment, training, and development of store staff.
  • Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to recommend strategies for growth.
  • Assist with planning and executing promotional events and seasonal campaigns.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in retail management, supervision, or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage budgets.
  • Proficiency in retail software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Fluency in English; Swedish language skills are an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in managing high-volume retail environments.
  • Background in visual merchandising and store layout optimization.
  • Knowledge of retail KPIs and data-driven decision-making.
