Tour Consultant

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Tour Consultant to join our travel and tourism team. You will play a key role in designing, promoting, and booking travel experiences for a diverse international clientele. With a strong understanding of destinations, logistics, and customer service, you’ll help deliver seamless and memorable journeys for our customers.

Responsibilities

Provide expert advice on travel destinations, itineraries, and tour packages
Customize travel plans according to client needs, budgets, and preferences
Make reservations for flights, accommodations, transportation, and excursions
Manage bookings, confirmations, amendments, and cancellations
Stay informed about global travel regulations, visa requirements, and safety protocols
Maintain relationships with travel service providers, hotels, and local tour operators
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency
Support marketing and promotional campaigns for new travel offerings

Requirements

Previous experience in a travel agency, tour operations, or customer service role
Strong knowledge of international and domestic travel destinations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Proficiency in booking systems and travel management software is a plus
Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus
A passion for travel and delivering outstanding customer experiences
