Partnership Manager
We are seeking a skilled and driven Partnership Manager to build and strengthen strategic collaborations that deliver mutual value. This role focuses on identifying new partnership opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and aligning partner activities with overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement partnership strategies to support business growth and market expansion
- Identify, negotiate, and close partnership deals with external stakeholders
- Maintain and grow existing partnerships through regular communication and performance tracking
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, sales, product, and legal to ensure alignment and execution
- Monitor partner performance against KPIs and provide data-driven insights
- Represent the company at partner meetings, events, and conferences
Requirements
- Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or strategic alliances
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and project management capabilities
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
