UX-designer

We are seeking a creative and user-focused UX-designer to join our growing product and design team. You will play a key role in shaping digital experiences that are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with both user needs and business goals. The ideal candidate is passionate about solving complex design challenges and enjoys working closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver user-centered interfaces and workflows for web and mobile platforms
  • Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, prototypes, and interaction designs based on project requirements
  • Conduct and analyze user research, usability testing, and customer feedback to inform design decisions
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the design and development lifecycle
  • Ensure consistency in design through adherence to design systems, style guides, and UX standards
  • Present design concepts and solutions clearly to team members and stakeholders
  • Identify and solve UX problems using a data-informed approach
  • Participate in workshops, ideation sessions, and co-creation processes with internal teams and users
  • Stay updated on UX trends, best practices, and tools to continuously improve product usability and user satisfaction
  • Support accessibility and inclusive design across all digital touchpoints

Qualifications

  • Degree in Interaction Design, UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in UX design, preferably within digital product teams
  • Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work, from research through to high-fidelity prototypes
  • Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design and prototyping tools
  • Good understanding of UX principles, responsive design, accessibility, and design systems
  • Experience conducting usability testing and synthesizing user feedback
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Swedish is a plus
