Big Data Analyst

We are looking for a skilled and analytical Big Data Analyst to join our data team. You will work closely with stakeholders across various departments to extract insights from large datasets, drive data-informed decisions, and contribute to the development of scalable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
  • Identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights to support business objectives
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting tools
  • Work with data scientists, engineers, and business teams to understand data needs
  • Use statistical tools and machine learning techniques to solve business problems
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data governance standards

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
  • Proven experience working with big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark)
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights
