Chief Product Owner
We are looking for a strategic and visionary Chief Product Owner to lead product development efforts across cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, setting the roadmap, and driving the execution of product initiatives that align with business goals and deliver value to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the overarching product vision and strategy in collaboration with executive leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of Product Owners, ensuring alignment across multiple product streams
- Own and prioritize the product portfolio backlog to maximize customer value and business impact
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery
- Engage with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements and feedback
- Use data-driven insights and market trends to inform product decisions
- Ensure the delivery of scalable, user-focused solutions that support long-term business goals
- Champion agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior product leadership role, preferably in a tech-driven or agile environment
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated success in managing complex product portfolios or platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Deep understanding of agile principles, product lifecycle, and user-centered design
- Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Aha!)
- Degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
