Account Administrator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Administrator to support financial and administrative operations. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate account records, assisting with financial processes, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders. You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day accounting and administrative activities while contributing to efficient business operations.
About the Role
As an Account Administrator, you will work closely with finance, sales, and operations teams to manage account-related tasks. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to handle multiple responsibilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer and supplier account records in internal systems.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Reconcile account discrepancies and investigate variances.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes.
- Prepare documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with clients and vendors regarding billing, payments, and account inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and financial procedures.
- Assist with audits by preparing required documentation and data.
- Contribute to process improvements and administrative efficiency initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in accounting, finance administration, or a similar role.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial or ERP systems.
- Experience working in an international or multicultural environment is an advantage.
