Account Coordinator โ Kontokoordinator
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Coordinator (Kontokoordinator) to support the management of client accounts and ensure seamless coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining strong client relationships, supporting account operations, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction.
About the Role
As an Account Coordinator, you will act as a central point of contact for account-related activities, assisting account managers and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will ensure that client needs are met efficiently while maintaining accurate records and supporting the delivery of high-quality services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support account managers in the day-to-day management of client accounts.
- Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Maintain and update account records, contracts, and documentation.
- Assist in preparing client reports, presentations, and performance summaries.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure deliverables are met according to agreed schedules.
- Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex matters when necessary.
- Support billing and invoicing processes in collaboration with finance teams.
- Track account performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition into services.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in account coordination, customer service, or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Familiarity with international business environments is an advantage.
