Project Financial Analyst
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Project Financial Analyst to support financial planning, monitoring, and performance analysis across a portfolio of projects. About the Role
As a Project Financial Analyst, you will act as the financial backbone of project operations, translating numbers into insights and guiding project teams toward sound financial outcomes. You will collaborate closely with project managers, finance teams, and senior stakeholders to track budgets, forecast performance, and identify risks and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor project budgets, costs, and financial performance against targets.
- Prepare financial forecasts, variance analyses, and profitability assessments for ongoing projects.
- Support project managers with financial planning, budgeting, and cost control strategies.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure accurate revenue recognition and cost allocation in line with accounting standards.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support project evaluation and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial and operational goals.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and presentations for stakeholders and leadership.
- Track project cash flows and ensure timely invoicing and revenue collection.

Qualifications and Experience
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in financial analysis, project finance, controlling, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
- Experience working with ERP systems, financial tools, and data analysis platforms.
