We are looking for an engaging and knowledgeable Spanish Teacher who is passionate about language education and cultural exchange. In this role, you will inspire learners to develop their Spanish language skills while fostering confidence, fluency, and cross-cultural understanding.

About the Role
As a Spanish Teacher, you will design and deliver high-quality language instruction tailored to different proficiency levels. You will create an interactive and supportive learning environment, helping students or professionals build practical communication skills in Spanish for academic, professional, or personal use.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver structured Spanish language lessons for learners at various levels.
  • Develop engaging teaching materials, exercises, and assessments aligned with learning objectives.
  • Teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, writing, and conversational skills.
  • Adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles and proficiency levels.
  • Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Facilitate interactive activities that promote real-life communication and cultural understanding.
  • Support learners in achieving language goals, including exam preparation or professional communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align language programs with organizational needs.
  • Stay updated on language teaching methodologies and educational best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Fluency in Spanish and strong proficiency in English.
  • Degree in Languages, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
  • Teaching certification or relevant training is preferred.
  • Proven experience in teaching Spanish, tutoring, or language instruction.
  • Familiarity with language frameworks such as CEFR is an advantage.
  • Experience with digital learning platforms or virtual teaching tools is beneficial.
