Scrum Master (Agile Teams)
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Scrum Master to guide and support Agile teams in delivering high-quality products and services. This role involves facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a servant leader and coach for one or more Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices.
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and ready for development.
- Identify and remove impediments to the teamโs progress, escalating issues when necessary.
- Promote a collaborative and self-organizing team environment that encourages accountability and innovation.
- Support the team in achieving commitments and delivering high-quality, incremental value.
- Track and report on key Agile metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Foster transparent communication between the team, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Encourage continuous learning and adoption of Agile best practices within the team and organization.
- Assist with the integration of Agile practices into larger organizational processes and initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile facilitation role.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and familiarity with frameworks like Kanban or SAFe.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to build trust and promote a positive team culture.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English; Swedish language skills are an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification.
- Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks and enterprise-level Agile transformations.
