Program Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Program Analyst to support the planning, monitoring, and evaluation of programs and initiatives. This role involves working closely with program managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to analyze data, assess performance, and provide insights that drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret program data to evaluate performance against goals and KPIs.
- Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders and senior management.
- Support program planning by providing data-driven insights and forecasts.
- Monitor progress of ongoing programs, identifying risks, issues, and areas for improvement.
- Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and emerging opportunities relevant to the program.
- Collaborate with program managers and teams to develop and refine performance measurement tools.
- Assist in budget analysis, financial tracking, and resource allocation for programs.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate the collection of qualitative and quantitative feedback from program participants and partners.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance program efficiency and outcomes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in program analysis, project analysis, or a related analytical role.
- Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and visualization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in English; Swedish language skills are an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in monitoring and evaluation of large-scale or international programs.
- Familiarity with program management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial analysis in a program context.
