Event Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to plan, manage, and execute a wide range of corporate events and experiences. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering engaging and seamless events that support business objectives, strengthen brand presence, and create memorable experiences for participants.

About the Role
As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of event planning and execution, from concept development to post-event evaluation. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute events such as conferences, seminars, workshops, and corporate gatherings.
  • Develop event concepts, timelines, budgets, and project plans.
  • Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodation.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth event delivery.
  • Manage event registrations, communications, and attendee engagement activities.
  • Oversee on-site event operations and troubleshoot issues in real time.
  • Ensure all events align with brand guidelines and organizational objectives.
  • Monitor budgets and track expenses to ensure cost-effective execution.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback to improve future events.
  • Support marketing and communications efforts related to events.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in event coordination, planning, or project management.
  • Experience managing multiple events simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with event management tools and registration platforms.
  • Experience working with vendors and negotiating contracts.
