About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Communications Manager to join our international team and lead internal and external communications across our Swedish operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives that reinforce our brand, support our business objectives, and strengthen engagement with employees, media, and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated communication strategies aligned with global and local business goals

Manage media relations, press releases, and respond to media inquiries

Act as a spokesperson and manage crisis communication in coordination with global communications teams

Oversee internal communication initiatives that enhance employee engagement and culture

Collaborate with HR, marketing, and executive leadership to support corporate messaging

Create content for newsletters, reports, executive speeches, presentations, and social media

Monitor public perception and provide strategic counsel on reputation management

Plan and manage communication campaigns for product launches, events, CSR, and sustainability efforts

Ensure brand consistency in all messaging and across all platforms
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s or Masterโs degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field

5+ years of experience in corporate communications, preferably within an international or multinational environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish

Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Experience working with media, stakeholders, and senior leadership

Familiarity with digital communication tools, social media platforms, and content management systems

Understanding of Swedenโs media landscape, cultural nuances, and regulatory environment
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in change communication or crisis management

Background in ESG or sustainability communications is a plus

Working knowledge of brand strategy and employer branding
