AI Developer

We are seeking a skilled and innovative AI Developer to design, build, and deploy intelligent systems that enhance products, services, and business processes. In this role, you will work at the intersection of data, algorithms, and software engineering, transforming complex requirements into scalable AI-driven solutions.

About the Role
As an AI Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and product managers to develop and integrate machine learning and artificial intelligence capabilities into applications. You will contribute to the full lifecycle of AI solutions, from data preparation and model development to deployment and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI solutions.
  • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for training and inference.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Integrate AI models into production systems and applications.
  • Optimize model performance, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Conduct testing, validation, and monitoring of AI systems.
  • Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and best practices.
  • Document development processes, models, and system architecture.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical AI standards.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in developing and deploying AI or machine learning solutions.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
  • Familiarity with data processing tools and cloud platforms.
  • Understanding of software development practices, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience working in agile and collaborative environments.
