Business Analyst
We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and recommend improvements that drive efficiency, innovation, and business value.
Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders to identify business needs, challenges, and opportunities.
- Gather, document, and prioritize functional and non-functional requirements.
- Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Translate business requirements into clear, detailed specifications for development teams.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment between requirements and deliverables.
- Assist in the design and implementation of new systems, tools, and processes.
- Perform data analysis to support decision-making and performance tracking.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
- Create user stories, process flows, and other documentation to support development and testing.
- Support change management and user training initiatives during project rollout.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in creating detailed documentation, reports, and process models.
- Experience working in agile, waterfall, or hybrid project environments.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Fluency in English; Swedish language skills are an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT, finance, e-commerce, or other complex business domains.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools such as SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or project management.
