Product Development Manager

We are looking for a strategic and innovative Product Development Manager to lead the creation and evolution of products from concept to launch and beyond. In this role, you will orchestrate the full product lifecycle, turning ideas into market-ready solutions that deliver value to customers and drive business growth.

About the Role
As a Product Development Manager, you will act as the bridge between vision and execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure products are developed efficiently, meet market needs, and align with business strategy. This role blends creativity with structure, requiring both big-picture thinking and precise execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation and planning to launch and continuous improvement.
  • Define product roadmaps, priorities, and timelines aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to translate requirements into scalable and high-quality solutions.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Manage product requirements, specifications, and documentation.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision and delivery milestones.
  • Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive enhancements and innovation.
  • Ensure products meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and user expectations.
  • Coordinate product launches, including go-to-market strategies and cross-functional readiness.
  • Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies throughout the development process.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Product Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in product development, product management, or innovation roles.
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with market analysis, user research, and product strategy development.
