Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will act as a key connector between the company and its customers, driving revenue through proactive outreach, relationship building, and solution-based selling.

About the Role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will manage sales activities remotely, engaging with prospects and customers through phone, email, and digital platforms. You will play a central role in identifying opportunities, nurturing leads, and converting them into long-term clients while contributing to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting and inbound inquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Conduct virtual meetings, product demonstrations, and sales presentations.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing and follow-up.
  • Maintain and update customer data, sales activities, and pipeline in CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with marketing and external sales teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Follow up on quotes, proposals, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Provide insights on customer feedback, market trends, and competitive positioning.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or business development.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms and digital sales tools.
  • Familiarity with consultative or solution-based selling techniques.
  • Experience in a target-driven environment with measurable KPIs.
