We are looking for a visionary and strategic Innovation Manager to drive the development and implementation of innovative ideas, products, and processes. In this role, you will act as a catalyst for change, transforming creative concepts into tangible business value and helping shape the future direction of the organization.

About the Role
As an Innovation Manager, you will lead initiatives that explore new opportunities, technologies, and business models. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, develop innovation strategies, and deliver projects that enhance competitiveness and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovation strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify emerging trends, technologies, and market opportunities.
  • Lead innovation projects from ideation through prototyping and implementation.
  • Facilitate workshops, brainstorming sessions, and innovation programs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to drive innovation initiatives.
  • Evaluate new ideas through feasibility studies, business cases, and pilot programs.
  • Manage innovation pipelines and track progress of initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Monitor industry developments and benchmark against competitors.
  • Present insights, recommendations, and project outcomes to senior leadership.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Innovation Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in innovation management, strategy, or product development.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of emerging technologies and market trends.
  • Experience with design thinking, agile methodologies, or similar frameworks.
