Scrum Master (Agile Teams)

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Scrum Master to guide and support Agile teams in delivering high-quality products and services. This role involves facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a servant leader and coach for one or more Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices.
  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and ready for development.
  • Identify and remove impediments to the teamโ€™s progress, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Promote a collaborative and self-organizing team environment that encourages accountability and innovation.
  • Support the team in achieving commitments and delivering high-quality, incremental value.
  • Track and report on key Agile metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Foster transparent communication between the team, stakeholders, and leadership.
  • Encourage continuous learning and adoption of Agile best practices within the team and organization.
  • Assist with the integration of Agile practices into larger organizational processes and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile facilitation role.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and familiarity with frameworks like Kanban or SAFe.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to build trust and promote a positive team culture.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English; Swedish language skills are an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks and enterprise-level Agile transformations.
