Web Content Editor

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Web Content Editor to manage and maintain the accuracy, clarity, and consistency of digital content across our web platforms. You will work closely with marketing, design, product, and development teams to ensure our web presence reflects our brand, communicates effectively to our audiences, and aligns with business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Edit, proofread, and publish digital content across multiple web platforms
  • Maintain consistency in tone, style, and formatting in line with brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and UX specialists to enhance content presentation
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure all website content is accurate, up to date, and SEO-optimized
  • Manage content updates and ensure timely publishing of campaigns and promotions
  • Monitor and analyze website performance and user engagement to inform content improvements
  • Use CMS tools (e.g., WordPress, Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager) to manage and structure content
  • Ensure all content meets legal, accessibility, and usability standards
  • Provide editorial support for translation and localization processes when needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a web content editor, digital content manager, or similar role
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English; Swedish is a plus
  • Strong understanding of web publishing, UX writing, and digital marketing principles
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS basics, and SEO best practices
  • Experience working with content management systems and web analytics tools
  • Eye for detail and ability to maintain consistency across multiple content types
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams in international settings
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and web compliance
  • Background in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field
