Talent Acquisition Consultant
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Talent Acquisition Consultant to join a dynamic HR team. You will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across various business units, acting as a strategic partner to hiring managers and a trusted advisor to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job briefings, sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer management
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, workforce planning, and ideal candidate profiles
- Conduct screening interviews to assess candidatesโ skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Facilitate a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
- Utilize data and market intelligence to guide hiring strategies and decisions
- Collaborate with employer branding teams to support recruitment campaigns and enhance talent pipelines
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies, procedures, and relevant labor laws
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in talent acquisition processes, tools, and systems
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment dashboards
- Contribute to diversity and inclusion efforts by proactively sourcing and engaging diverse talent pools
Qualifications
- Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, either in-house or agency-side
- Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple job functions and levels
- Strong sourcing skills using platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Boolean search
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates
- Ability to manage multiple open roles and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever)
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and recruitment trends
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Swedish is a plus
