Risk Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Risk Analyst to join our growing risk management team. This role involves identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks that could affect the companyโ€™s operations, financial standing, or reputation.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct risk assessments and analyses across business units and projects
  • Develop risk models and maintain risk registers
  • Monitor and evaluate financial, operational, and strategic risks
  • Prepare regular reports on risk exposures and mitigation strategies
  • Support the implementation of risk controls and compliance frameworks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure risks are properly addressed
  • Stay current with industry regulations, standards, and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
  • Proven experience in risk analysis, risk management, or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of risk assessment tools, methodologies, and financial modeling
  • Proficiency in data analysis software such as Excel, SQL, or Power BI
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and reporting abilities
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk standards (e.g. ISO 31000, Basel II/III)
