We are looking for a service-oriented and communicative Telephone Customer Advisor to join our customer support team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve questions, provide product information, and ensure a smooth and positive experience over the phone.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Assist customers in resolving issues, placing orders, updating account details, or scheduling services
- Escalate complex queries to the appropriate departments when needed
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Meet personal and team performance targets including response time and customer satisfaction
- Work closely with colleagues across departments to ensure customer needs are met
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a contact center environment
- Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English (written and spoken)
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with call center systems and digital tools
- Calm and efficient under pressure, with a genuine desire to help people
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings or weekends as required
