It’s always free to apply for jobs on EnglishJobs.se or LinkedIn but you MUST have a recommendation from a Swedish job agency.
If you are NOT getting replies, it is because your application is unverified and you do not have a recommendation from a Swedish job agency.
Applications WITHOUT A VERIFICATION and RECOMMENDATION from a Swedish Job Agency are usually deleted because employers receive a large number of spam applications and fake profiles from bots and AI tools such as ChatGPT
Applications WITH a verification and recommendation are trusted and considered first for open positions.
Most jobs in Sweden are filled via contacts, introductions and recommendations.
It is the fastest way to find a job.
You are welcome to reapply again after you obtain a recommendation.
HOW TO GET A RECOMMENDATION AND JOB SEARCH HELP:
A recommendation can only be given by a job agency after they get to know you. The purpose of having a meeting is for the job agency to get to understand your skills and experience.
1. Book a meeting with a Swedish job agency.
2. Discuss and verify your experience, skills and career goals in detail with the agency.
3. After the meeting, the agency will suggest job titles and companies you can apply to.
4. Apply for jobs and let the job agency know which companies you have applied to. The agency will then follow up on your applications with the company and recommend you to them.
You can use any job agency in Sweden such as Manpower, Michael Page, Adecco or use EnglishJobs.se

The job search and recommendation period is 3 months.
Once you book it you automatically get a link to book a meeting time in our calendar.
All meetings are held online with Google Meet, 1 on 1, with a recruiter in our Stockholm office.
You can have as many meetings as you like over the 3 month period. This is usually enough time to find a job in Sweden.
Note: There are many job agencies in Sweden.
You can use EnglishJobs.se or other agency Manpower, Michael Page, Adecco etc.
You do all interviews directly with employers like Spotify, Volvo, Skanska, Ikea, H&M etc hiring.
