Product Manager โ€“ Produktchef

We are seeking a driven and strategic Product Manager to lead the development, positioning, and continuous improvement of our product portfolio. In this role, you will shape product vision, translate market needs into actionable plans, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality solutions that create value for customers and the business.

About the Role
As a Product Manager, you will sit at the crossroads of business, technology, and user experience. You will define product strategies, prioritize features, and guide cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle. Your decisions will influence product direction, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver high-quality product features.
  • Own the product lifecycle from concept and development to launch and optimization.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Monitor product performance using data and key metrics, and drive continuous improvements.
  • Work with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
  • Support go-to-market strategies, including product positioning, messaging, and launch activities.
  • Manage product documentation, including specifications and user stories.
  • Identify risks and ensure timely resolution of issues affecting product delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience in product management, product development, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with data analysis, user research, and product strategy development.
