Research Analyst
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Research Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. This role involves conducting research across markets, industries, and competitors, and presenting findings to internal stakeholders in clear, concise, and data-driven formats.
Responsibilities
- Conduct primary and secondary research to gather relevant market, industry, and competitor information.
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate research findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business units to define research objectives and develop methodologies.
- Monitor industry developments, emerging trends, and regulatory changes that may impact the business.
- Evaluate data sources for accuracy, reliability, and relevance.
- Use statistical tools and techniques to process and interpret large datasets.
- Support strategic planning and business development initiatives with evidence-based recommendations.
- Maintain organized records of research activities and data sources for future reference.
- Continuously improve research processes, tools, and data management practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a research analyst or in a related analytical role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience with statistical analysis tools and research methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Fluency in English; Swedish language skills are an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in market research, economics, statistics, or business analysis.
- Experience in analyzing global markets or working with international teams.
- Knowledge of database management and advanced analytics techniques.
