Job Summary:

Due to the shortage of talent in Sweden and new government fast track work permit rules from June 1st 2022, EnglishJobs .se has partnered with agencies and companies to connect them with international professionals who would like to move to Sweden and build their career.

Job tasks and responsibilities for recruitment partners:
1. You will reach out to qualified job seekers interested in living and working in Sweden. Qualified job seekers must have a diploma or a degree and fluent in English.

2. You will communicate the job opportunities available in Sweden and share official content to interested candidates on the benefits of working and living in Sweden.

3. You will send the candidates a link to check to the EnglishJobs. se website where they can read more about the job application and work visa process process and apply to check their eligibility.

4. For clients that want to start the process of applying for jobs in Sweden and getting their work visa, you will be responsible for collecting payment in local currency and paying for their workshop booking on our website.

Estimated earnings and payment structure:
Commission is paid for each successful workshop registration.

Your total earnings will be between Eur 1500 to Eur 3000 per month for a target registration of 150 job seekers.

Payouts are paid instantly for locally currency or in 48 hours for Eur payments.

Collect local payment from registered job seekers via bank transfer or platforms like M-Paisa.

Confirm their workshop registration.

Get paid instantly by collecting your commision.
